kirsten dunst in w magazine

guys... may is exactly one week away! i really can't wrap my head around how quickly this year is going by. the month of may brings sunnier weather, which means it will be dresses, shorts, and skirts weather (and if you're ghostly pale like me, it's that time of year to start breaking out the self-tanner again). the photographs from kirsten dunst's recent w magazine cover story are so cheerful and sweet. i'm definitely looking forward to warmer and sunnier days!

frank coffee scrub

i've found my new favorite body product: frank coffee scrub. i had seen a few instagrams of the packaging on my dashboard, was curious about it, visited the site, and immediately ordered it. there are two variations of the scrub: original and coconut & grapeseed (i ordered this one! i can't resist anything coconut-scented). what makes this scrub unique--as seen in the photo above--is that it's a dry body scrub.

frank targets cellulite, stretch marks, psoriasis, varicose veins, eczema, and acne. while i thankfully don't have too many issues with my skin, i'm crazy about exfoliating. if this scrub is going to help heal and keep any skin issues at bay that's an added bonus!

the directions say to use two small handfuls of the scrub to cover your body, but i found one to be more than enough. the key is to really spend some time massaging it into your skin, and letting the product dry for 5-10 minutes. the more time the product is on your skin, the more time it has to work its magic. the product itself smells absolutely delicious, and i really liked the dry texture. once it was time to rinse off i was amazed at how soft my skin felt. i have never had such soft skin from a scrub ever before. when i was drying off, i was even more amazed by how hydrated and moisturized my skin was!

i'm patiently waiting for the day when i can start wearing my sandals again. although, considering how long this winter was, i'm totally grateful for being able to wear ballet flats again. when sandal season does come around, i would love to wear this pair from madewell.

i'm coming close to using up some of my night skincare products and i'm looking for new ones to try out. i have heard so many great things about kiehl's midnight recovery concentrate and i'm just itching to try it!

one: a.p.c. cotton-piqué top / two: madewell slingback sightseer sandals / three: ariel gordon dual diamond ring / four: kiehl's midnight recovery concentrate / five: tory burch metallic cork case
