madewell et sézane

madewell has teamed up with french cult-favorite sézane for a 14-piece capsule collection. with a "this was made just for you" vibe, it's no wonder why morgane sézalory's brand is so well-loved. considering my fascination and obsession with all things parisian (i wish i could bottle up the essence of a french woman and douse myself in it daily...), i'm more than thrilled for the launch of this collaboration!

i was shaking with excitement when i found out that into the gloss was going to be launching their own line of beauty products. named glossier, it's been dubbed the cool-girl beauty brand that "you want to be friends with." i couldn't agree more. although i'm crazy about the products--more details in a minute--i'm equally crazy in love with the branding. while the package design may be minimal, the site really packs a punch. before making my purchase, i spent a lot of time reading additional information and testimonials about each product, and watching related videos.

and here are some details about the products...

balm dotcom: a do-anything skin salve. it can be used anywhere to treat dry or irritated skin. it has a very waxy texture so it stays in place pretty well. i've been applying it to my lips to keep them hydrated overnight. i've also been applying it to my brow bone and i really like it. it gives off a more natural glow than a shimmery highlighter.

priming moisturizer: although i love and adore my first aid beauty moisturizer, i had to give this one a try. i have combination skin so while my t-zone gets really oily, the rest of my face is parched. i was surprised how well this moisturizer has worked out for me! it has created a happy balance for my skin by hydrating the dry parts of my face, and somewhat mattifying the more shiny parts. the weather is still pretty warm and nice, we'll have to wait and see if this moisturizer can still keep up in the winter.

soothing face mist: this is my favorite product. hands. down. made with roses and aloe, this face mist is very soothing and hydrating. i use it all over my face, neck, and décolletage when i first get out of the shower. it's also a great refresher throughout the day. i work away on my laptop for hours on end and a few spritzes of this face mist feels so refreshing! i also use it at night when i'm getting ready for bed, the rose scent instantly relaxes me.

also, did i mention that each order comes with a set of stickers? they really dress up the packaging!

belgrave crescent

roséline lohr's site this is glamorous (as well as her instagram!) are my daily escapes from reality. the site is elegant and feminine and i always get sucked in, reading article after article!

belgrave crescent is a product line of timeless pieces that roséline has co-founded with her beau, paul. after years of researching and sourcing, belgrave crescent launched late last year. the leather satchels, pouches, and card cases are gorgeous, and the scarves are perfectly oversized and cozy.

p.s. you should definitely check out roséline's glamorous edinburgh home!
